Although we aim to provide what is best for our customers sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances the customer may not like our product or it may not what they would expect or it may have gotten damaged on its way for delivery.

Under these circumstances, you can make a return, refund, or cancellations request. Here are our guidelines under which your order would be eligible for the above.

  • You can make cancellation requests within 5 hours of placing your order. You have to share your email ID along with your order ID and the reason for your cancellation. Use the same ID to cancel the order which you have used for ordering it.
  • Once your order is shipped from the warehouse it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. If when received the product is damaged or faulty, you can make a return request.
  • The amount for the returned products will be refunded within 7 working days with the payment method you opted for. If the product is damaged or faulty we will replace it. We will refund the product once it is verified by our quality checkers.
  • In the case of customized products, we cannot replace or refund them. However, if the product received is damaged you will be eligible for a refund. The customers are requested to check the size before ordering any customized product for them.
  • Note: The color may vary due to the light in the picture.
  • Refund of orders would be made to the bank account provided by the customers.
  • We have our reverse pick-up facility available on select locations except a few. You will have to check if it’s available in your location if not, then you’d have to self-ship the product to us.

(IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL THE RETURN REQUEST- Working days doesn’t consist of bank holidays and Saturday-Sundays)

What about the reverse pickup facility?

It is available in a few locations only. If it is not available in your location you are supposed to ship back the product to us. The shipment cost is Rs. 150 which will be paid by us if it was our fault otherwise you’d have to bear the cost.

What products are eligible for returns?

The products which are damaged or faulty are eligible for return and refund (given that they are unused) after they go through the quality check at our warehouse. If there is a problem in size or anything adhering to the customer’s misjudgment of the product it won’t be eligible for any returns or refunds. Please refer to the size chart before placing your orders.

(Note– The products should have the original tag and it is to be packed carefully)

Till when can we cancel the order?

You can cancel the order up to 5 hours after the order was placed. Any cancellations after that would not be accepted.

How long does it take for Bewine Fashion to refund the cancelled order?

In all events of cancellation of the purchased product, Bewine Fashion shall initiate refunds within 7-10 business days from the date on which it received the request from the user.

How many days till after the delivery a return/refund request can be made?

The return/refund policy is only eligible for 3 days from the day of delivery. After that, we won’t be accepting any requests.

How to self-ship the product?

In case of self-pickup not being available at your select location, You’d have to self-ship the package to us along with the original tag from a trustable courier service (speed post- Preferred) to our address mentioned below.

(Prior to this E-mail us a picture mentioning the defect/problem below along with the order ID and shipment ID and we will reach you via email if the product is eligible for returns)

Note- On the cover of the package please mention the following:

  • Order ID of each shipment returned in the package
  • Write “Self Ship”

In case of 500gm we’ll provide you with Rs.100 and with every crossing of 500gm Rs.100 will be added.

How long does it take to get my refund back?

We will update you after we have received the product back and then after the quality check and if it’s eligible you can expect a refund/replacement within 7-15 working days.

What to do if I haven’t received my refund yet?

We will keep you updated with the status once we have received the product through e-mail. If the last e-mail you received from our end states that we have initiated the refund process kindly wait for 7-10 working days.

After how many days will the product be picked up?

After your return/refund request is accepted and proceeded for being checked (the quality and if it’s unused along with the original tag) the product will be returned in 4-5 working days. If it takes longer than that kindly reach out to us via e-mail and we’ll look into it as soon as we can.

Do Bewine Fashion ever deny refunds?

Bewine Fashion will initiate the cancellation or refund process only if the products are received in accordance with the Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy.
